Barry Franzino

Barry Franzino, Jr., CPC, CTS, CSP, CIPC was the President and CEO of CAREER CENTER INC. a multi-office staffing company headquartered in Hackensack, New Jersey.

He holds a BS Degree in Business Administration and started his career in the staffing industry in 1969 as a Recruiter for CAREER CENTER INC. He moved up through several levels of management opening new offices and in 1975 became a partner in the firm. In 1980, he purchased CAREER CENTER INC. and was the guide to the company’s growth to a multi-million-dollar multi-office successful staffing company. In 2014 Barry sold the company and retired to paradise, Punta Gorda, Florida.

Barry holds three National Certifications – Certified Personnel Consultant (CPC), Certified Temporary Staffing Specialist (CTS) and Certified Staffing Professional (CSP), as well as one International Certification, Certified International Personnel Consultant (CIPC). He has served on the Board of Directors for the National Association of Personnel Service (NAPS), The New Jersey Staffing Association (NJSA) and for TempNet, A National Association of Independent Temporary Services.

Currently Barry serves on the PGICA Board of Directors as Director of Member Services. Served as President of the PGI Car Club and is currently Vice Commodore for the Mariners of PGI.

Barry served 6 years in the USMC Reserves (1967-73) with an Honorable Discharge as Sergeant (E-5).
